Whether you are aware of it or not, we are in the most dangerous time of the year for your health.
By dangerous I mean that the temptations are everywhere. From Halloween to the new year there is a social acceptance that eating “bad” is ok.
For many of us it’s tradition. We have our favorite pumpkin pie. Christmas with egg nog by the fire. We over stuff ourselves at Thanksgiving. And we excitedly dive into the See’s candy box that was sent by our favorite cousins.
We do these behaviors because it’s the holidays.
Most people don’t stop to think “What will I feel like on January 1?”. Worse yet, we fool ourselves by saying we’ll go on a strict diet in January. Not fully acknowledging that research shows that most people will give up their New Year’s diet by the third week of January.
Have I depressed you yet? Well don’t be! What if there was a better way? What if you could eat your pie and feel amazing too?
For those of you who have experienced the nutritional protocols we teach in our office, you know that you know you can lose weight, increase your energy, lift your depression, and sleep better without feeling deprived.
See the human body is like a big chemistry experiment. If you put the right combination of chemicals into it, you will create a specific reaction. Medicine has figured this out. When you take a pill you are creating a chemical change in your body. A change that your doctor is hoping will create a positive reaction.
But did you know that you can create that same chemical change with food, supplements, and ancient healing strategies? You just need to know the strategies that are proven to work.
Join me on November 10th for our RESET DINNER. I will show you exactly how to implement those strategies over the holiday season. There is a path you can follow that will have you enjoying the Holidays AND looking and feeling your best on January 1st.
And I promise you won’t feel deprived.
I have one goal for you, to be the healthiest version of you possible come January 1st.
Call our office at 408-298-8092 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve your spot. A RSVP is needed as we do fill up for these events.
Cheers to a healthy and happy holiday season!
I love being on this journey of health with you all!
